My fitness journey started after I delivered my son 15 years ago, I had put on a whopping 25 Kgs during pregnancy and absolutely did not know not how to lose all that weight. At that time I
started small, started with cardio at home and slowly added strength training.Then over years joined gyms and have had personal trainers, tried yoga and Pilates to keep my fitness life exciting. Right now I workout 4 to 5 days a week, and mix it up with strength training, reformers pilates and ashtanga yoga. So it's very interesting for me to know the fitness journeys of others and therefore, I was super excited and enthusiastic to meet the fitness guru to the Bollywood Stars, the woman behind Katrina Kaif’s sizzling body and Deepika Padukone’s toned silhouette, Yasmin Karachiwala. Let’s hear her story, and get an insight to her fitness excursion.

Yasmin’s love of fitness can clearly be seen by her transformations, not only for herself but on A-listers, whom she has trained and drained to achieve their goals. Having worked with Indian celebrities such as Sonakshi Sinha, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Yasmin Karachiwala is always ready to bring a change in your life. As she truly believes, “be fit, because you deserve it.”

Having all that covered, Yasmin and Anjali together have brought this passion to our city. A-Tone is a lifestyle fitness center offering Yasmin’s own take on Yoga and Pilates as well as Cross-cuit - Anjali and Yasmin’s very own hybrid of CrossFit and circuit training.

Don’t forget, fitness is not only about the way you look, it’s actually about how you feel. It’s a perfect combination of mind, soul and body. I believe you actually need to enjoy being fit, otherwise it is pointless. Hitting the gym and draining all your energy is not at all the way to do it, but doing something which makes you feel and look good, at the same makes you super happy is the right mantra to live your life. She absolutely echo’s my philosophy.
