In this video I take on a VO2 Max Fitness test to put the work I've already done against the clock.

The Gauntlet Fitness Test:

- 1 mile (4 x 400m) in 5:30 or under
3 minute rest
- 1/2 mile (2 x 400m) in 2:40 or under
2 minute rest
- 1/4 mile (1 x 400m) in 1:15 or under
1 minute rest
- 200m in 35 seconds or under
1 minute rest
- 100m in 18 second or under
