What's going on guys! In todays video I take you through my full shoulder workout - grab some dumbbells and let's do this!

Start with the following warmup:
- Light Shoulder Press
- Rotator Cuff Warm Ups
- Pre Exhaustion Lateral Side Raises [3 sets of 10 with light weight]

Full Shoulder Workout:
- Seated Shoulder Press [4 Sets of 12, 10, 8, 5 going up in weight with each set]
- Bent Over Dumbbell Face Pulls [4 Sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 going up in weight with each set]
- Dumbbell Upright Rows [4 Sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 going up with weight with each set]
- Dumbbell Front Raises [4 Sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 using the same weight for all 4 sets]
